Avoid Napping
Napping is a favourite part of people, but this has the ability to affect your sleep at night. If you wish to take a nap simply take 15-20 minutes of nap and not more than that.
Reduce lighting
One of the best things that can be done is reducing the loud lights in your bedroom. Try that your bedroom is calm and the lights are low that helps to fall asleep faster.
